2010 DATES
8-WEEK CAMP SEASON: June 14 to August 6
POSTCAMP WEEK : August 9 to August 13

Campers are required to enroll in a minimum of four weeks of camp. However, many campers enroll for 5,6,7,8, or 9 weeks. Camper weeks do not have to be consecutive.
Payment Procedures
- Enrollments received by January 1 qualify for an early registration discount.
- Full tuition due before May 15
- With each child’s application, a $500.00 deposit is required, which is deducted from the full tuition.
- Full tuition balance (including optional specialty camp fees) is payable before May 15
Refund Policies
Before May 1, all tuition payments
are refundable.- Pre-camp refunds will be processed within 30 days after request.
- Should your child miss a full week of camp (Monday through Friday) a refund will be given (or you will have the option to make up the week) as long as the four week minimum is satisfied. The refund will be based upon the predetermined fee schedule that Decoma has established for the various programs based on the number of weeks attended.
- Exchanges of camper days due to illness, 4 th of July Holiday, or any other reason are not allowed. Only full weeks (as stated above) are eligible for refund or exchange.
- After camp begins, refunds will be processed after the camp season has ended.
*The refund of deposit does not apply for last year’s campers who are enrolled in the “Special Registration Offer” – this promotion clearly states that it is non-refundable and non-transferable.
