The Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is a great leadership development opportunity for those who are enthusiastic about working with children and love being in a day camp setting. CITs assist camp staff in providing a safe, fun, and enriching environment within the camp community while enjoying all their favorite Decoma activities and traveling on field trips. Together with supervising staff and our Program Director, CIT campers will create their group’s weekly schedule.
